Valuation Issues in Turnaround - London - 18/07/2012

Working with IFT Corporate Partners, this workshop will be presented by Paul du Vair of BTG MFC. The workshop will provide updated training within the Core Skills of Business Turnaround and Financial Restructuring and Transactions.

Paul has worked in public and private company valuation for 20 years. He has been increasingly involved in the valuation of distressed businesses caused by excessive leverage and/or underperforming operations.

Paul is a member of the Appraisal Issues Task Force ("ATIF"), a leading forum for business valuers in the United States. He also holds the Certification of Distressed Business Valuation and is a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.

The workshop will address the applications of valuation in various degrees of distress - from solvent restructuring to pre-packaged administration. It will be presentation based and illustrated with practical examples.

Generally helping to highlight the increasing importance of sound business valuation in restructuring and turnaround situations.
